Here is how to solve the problem with GXWeb.
It seems reasonable that the three tubes will be as compact as possible when they are tangential to each other...
Also the hole should be tangential to all three circles.
We can find the radius of the hole in the numeric panel...
Or in the symbolic panel.
What if the tubes have general radii?
